In this design journal, we look at three archetype villains of comic books (World Devourer, New Dark God, and Imp From the Odd-Numbered Dimension) and how they might be statted by a gamemaster running Daring Supers for Savage Worlds!

 In a 2010, a new dawning will be arriving for the Dawn of Legends product line, and it all begins with Daring Supers!
What is Daring Supers? Well, Daring Supers is the improved version of the powers system found in Dawn of Legends. Since the release of Dawn of Legends in February 2009, we’ve received emails of both praise and some concerns. So, what we did was take the concerns, particularly where things like the Invention system, Power Networks and Power Spectrums, and damage dice were concerned, and we gave them a hard, closer look.  In the latest installment of Daring Visions, Lee F. Szczepanik, Jr. gives 3 examples of NPCs built using the Player-Character, power-point method. The 3 characters represent versions of popular comic book characters, and are part of the 50 NPCs included in Daring Supers to show how numerous character concepts might be recreated with the new super-powers system for Savage Worlds
